Payment Plans

Enrollment Deposit: A non-refundable deposit in the amount of 10% of tuition is due with enrollment contract.

Payment in Full (90%) by June 1. Tuition Refund Insurance is optional.

Payment in Three Installments - On June 1, September 1, and December 1. A service charge of $150.00 per tuition is added in addition to the Tuition Refund Insurance fee. Monthly payment plans are also available, contact the Admissions Office for more information.


Tuition Refund Plan

The tuition refund plan is made available through A.W.G. Dewar's to protect the yearly financial obligation under the terms of the enrollment contract. The program insures fees (prepaid and due) in the event of separation according to the terms of the policy. Participation in the program is required unless the full annual charges are paid by June 1, in which case the plan is elective. The premium rate is 1.9% of the tuition and will be billed on the first tuition statement.

Family Tuition Plan

The plan allows a family's third child, enrolled in the same academic year, to receive a twenty-five percent tuition reduction on the tuition of the youngest child. The fourth and fifth child are offered a further discount of fifty percent and seventy-five percent tuition reduction on the tuition of the youngest children.

Enrollment Fee

All new students are charged a one-time Enrollment Fee of $1,000.00. This is not part of tuition or the enrollment deposit.

Technology Fee

To insure the funding of computer and library technology development, updating and maintenance, there is an annual fee of $150.00 per student. The fee is applied to all students.

Books and Consumables

Costs vary depending on grade and courses taken.

Financial Aid

The primary goal of the program is to make an independent education available to qualified students who are eager to learn and achieve. Financial aid at Hilton Head Prep is need based, families qualify through the School Scholarship Service and their ability to contribute to Hilton Head Prep by their citizenship and adding strength to our community. Financial Aid packets are available through the Admissions Office.
