The Hilton Head Preparatory School Athletic Mission

We believe in the ideal of "a sound mind in a sound body" with a dedication to the values of personal integrity, responsibility, commitment, teamwork and sportsmanship.

Our athletic program, which consists of 9 sports and 26 teams and physical education in Kindergarten to 9th grade, is broad enough to prepare gifted athletes to compete at the college level while, at the same time, ensuring that all students are exposed to the lifelong benefits of athletic participation and physical fitness.

Facilities

The Athletic Facilities include the Joseph B. Fraser, Jr. Field House (opened in 2007), a 20,600 square foot building that includes a multi-functional basketball and volleyball gymnasium, as well as four locker rooms and a wellness center, another full volleyball/basketball court in the middle school building; a football/soccer field; a baseball field and an announcer's tower equipped with a state-of-the-art speaker system.
