Basketball combines both individual strength and skill with team collaboration. The Basketball Academy focuses on building strength, stamina, strategy and technique. Players will be working in the weight room and on the court to become faster, strong, and more skilled. High school aged players will be measured in agility workouts and lifts to track their growth and progress throughout. Players will see progress by using the same tests that College and NBA scouts use such as Vertical Jump, Lane Agility, and various lifts.
