The central focus of the Hilton Head Prep Soccer Academy revolves around creating a positive, caring environment with a culture based on family, building strong character and motivating the student-athletes to pursue excellence in every area of their lives. We believe that hard work is a necessity, and when combined with intelligent training methods, great results are achieved.
Our training activities and methods will be sport specific and tailored to meet the needs of each individual athlete. The seasonal programs will follow a strategic periodized plan allowing us to train across the spectrum of physiological systems, maximizing the training effect for each player. The athletes will be exposed to activities and exercises geared towards engaging the player in developing their abilities across the four foundational pillars of the sport (psychological, physical, technical & tactical).
