Hilton Head Preparatory School Summer Programs provide an opportunity for every camper to develop skills and interests in a variety of areas. Enrollment is open to all in the community and are co-ed unless otherwise noted. Enrollment is limited and will be on a “first-come, first-served" basis.
We welcome friends, neighbors, Hilton Head Island & Bluffton residents and visitors! As camp sizes are limited, we encourage early registration. Please provide lunch for your child for full day camps if not included in description. For further information about offerings please email Mike Foley or call 843.715.8552. Tuition is required along with the online registration form to reserve a space in the Summer Camps.
Summer Strength & Conditioning
Coed Ages: 12 and up
Speed and Strength Camp: Do you want to train like a professional athlete? Whether you are a professional athlete or aspiring young player you can use the same cutting edge methodology to achieve your performance goals. We have trained NBA All-stars, NCAA All Americans, Former #1’s, as well as consulted in China, India, Japan, and Europe. Sessions are led by Coach DeMaria CSCS, ACSM, who is the current Director of Sports Performance @ Smith Stearns Tennis Academy and a USA Men’s National Team Coach. Sessions will focus on the development of speed, agility, quickness, strength, flexibility, explosiveness, and power.

Skills Clinic –Intermediate – For athletes who have played either Middle School or JV volleyball or had some formal volleyball training. In this clinic you will continue working on basic volleyball skills to include passing, serve receive, setting, hitting and serving. It is designed to enable to you continue to improve your volleyball skills and develop confidence.
Skills Clinic – Advance – For girls/boys who have played Varsity, JV or power level or above club volleyball and want to work on technical skills to improve their volleyball court intelligence, passing, setting, hitting, serving, etc. This clinic is designed to assist you in taking your game to the next level.
Positional Training – Intermediate/Advance – This camp is designed to work with athletes on their primary chosen volleyball position. We will have court coaches working with setters, hitters and defensive specialists. This is your opportunity to take a deeper dive into your primary position in order to improve your court intelligence and skills.
All Skills Camp with USC Coach RJ Abella - This is a cross over camp open to boys and girls that is designed for the Advance and intermediate player to expose you to college level training. This camp will enable you to learn from a top ten nationally ranked Division I beach and indoor coach. You will train and learn like a college player. You will receive a lot of technical and court intelligence training. Learn the indoor plays and positioning as well as the beach system. You can choose to take just the indoor camp or just beach or take them both for best learning opportunities.
Middle School Camp - Designed for players who want to improve their volleyball knowledge and skills or learn the indoor game for the first time. This camp will offer fundamental instruction on passing, serve receive, setting, hitting and serving. You will also learn about rotation and positioning along with key words and fundamentals to develop a solid volleyball foundation.
Beginners Camp – Designed for all kids ages 5 -11 who want to learn how to play volleyball. There will be lots of fun games and instruction to introduce you to the game of volleyball and skills like passing, setting, hitting and serving.
Tryout Bootcamp – Designed for players who want to brush up on their skills in order to prepare them for upcoming High school tryouts. This camp will offer instruction on passing, serve receive, setting, hitting and serving. You will get lots of touches and instruction to ensure you are prepared for Varsity and JV tryouts at your school.
Middle School Tryout Prep Camp - Designed for players who want to brush up on their skills in order to prepare them for upcoming middle school tryouts and for players who may be trying out for volleyball for the first time. This camp will offer instruction on passing, serve receive, setting, hitting and serving. You will get lots of touches and instruction to ensure you are prepared for middle school tryouts at your school.
