Whether you’re joining us for the first time or returning for another great year, the schedules below have everything you need to start the school year smoothly. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please fill out your child’s health forms on the August Schools portal. It can be found on Prep Connect (top right hand corner of the website) on the Resource Page. Your child may not attend school without the required forms, including a copy of their most recent immunization record. If a student does not have a consent form on file, they will not be able to receive care from our School Nurse.

A note from our Director of Security:
Please be assured that safety or our students is a top priority at Hilton Head Preparatory School (HHP) and Sea Pines Montessori Academy (SPMA). In an effort to improve to the traffic flow during drop-off and pick-up in the Fox Grape lot, for both HHP and SPMA, we are changing the traffic pattern during drop off (7:30am-8:30am) and during pick-up (2:25pm-3:00pm). The traffic flow in the Fox Grape Lot for HHP will be relatively the same, however, the traffic flow for SPMA will be slightly different. During the the drop-off and pick-up times, the center aisle will be "ONE WAY" going out. Traffic will not be permitted to enter the center lane during the drop-off and pick-up times. This includes for accessing the center parking spaces. After drop-off and pick-up, HHP vehicles will exit using the left lane of the center aisle and SPMA vehicles will exit using the right lane of the center aisle. When exiting, vehicle will be required to stop at the end of the center aisle. All vehicles will then alternate and merge to exit. For better understanding, please refer to the attached diagram.
Our parking lot will be resealed and repainted and to reflect these changes in traffic patterns. We will also erect signs to assist with the new patterns.
With regard to the Lawton Drive entrance, a stop sign will be erected at the end of the senior parking lot and a crosswalk will be painted near the drop-off and pick-up areas. Students will be directed to use this crosswalk when crossing over near the Dining Hall and KNS Building. Parents may assist by ensuring that students exit and enter vehicles in the designated student drop-off and pick-up areas only!
